Claude
Anthropic-powered analysis and review using relevant approved workspace context.
Products
Agent Room is where your team works with Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and SwiftXEO's own Advisor and Verifier in one shared workspace.
Each teammate works from the same approved business foundation, with the relevant objectives, evidence, and history assembled for the task.
Autonomy proposes. Humans authorize. Governance remains active.
Why this matters
Moving between Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools can leave context, answers, and follow-up decisions spread across separate environments.
Select the teammates you want to involve and let them work from shared approved context without rebuilding the brief in each tool — and nothing any of them proposes becomes official until a reviewer says so.
The roster
Anthropic-powered analysis and review using relevant approved workspace context.
OpenAI-powered analysis and review using the same approved business foundation.
Google-powered analysis and review using relevant approved workspace context.
SwiftXEO's strategic teammate, grounded in your approved business context, objectives, and relevant workspace evidence.
A dedicated reviewer role: it critiques and checks evidence, but never proposes new strategic direction.
Ask one — or compare several
For straightforward work, choose one teammate. When a decision benefits from multiple perspectives, select several teammates for an independent deliberation. SwiftXEO keeps each contribution attributable, surfaces agreements and tensions, and lets a human request the final synthesis.
A teammate can also recommend bringing in another specialist for a follow-on task — but you decide whether that task actually runs.
Cloud or local
Choose cloud AI for advanced hosted reasoning, or run supported Ask and Review tasks directly on your Mac — no model setup required, SwiftXEO downloads and configures a suitable local model automatically the first time you use it. Local processing can reduce cloud AI cost, work offline once set up, and keep the AI inference on your Mac instead of a cloud provider.
Local execution is in a controlled pilot on macOS for Execution-tier workspaces, currently scoped to Ask and Review. Broader availability and other platforms are on the roadmap.
Governance
A teammate can propose work, but it cannot make that work official. Draft revisions, evidence proposals, and objectives each return to their normal SwiftXEO workflow, where the destination's existing review and authorization rules still apply. No teammate can approve, publish, or execute an external action on its own.
Autonomy proposes. Humans authorize. Governance remains active.
Questions
Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini as built-in teammates, alongside SwiftXEO's own Advisor and Verifier — all reasoning from relevant approved workspace context.
No. SwiftXEO's cloud AI teammates use provider access managed by SwiftXEO, so you don't need separate subscriptions for Agent Room. Usage is covered through your SwiftXEO credits, according to your plan.
No. Every proposed change remains subject to the human review and authorization rules of the part of SwiftXEO it affects. Nothing is automatically approved or published.
Advisor proposes — strategy, recommendations, next steps. Verifier only reviews and checks evidence; it doesn't propose new direction.
For Ask and Review tasks, yes — currently a controlled pilot on macOS for Execution-tier workspaces. SwiftXEO downloads and configures a suitable local model automatically on first use; no manual setup required.
No. Agent Room's built-in teammates are operated by SwiftXEO. External AI tools can also connect through the Open Platform, but they do not automatically become Agent Room teammates or gain additional authority.
